Laser Alignment

Shaft Alignment is the procedure to bring the center axis of rotation of two shafts in same line horizontally as well as vertically within given tolerance as per given standards.
Shaft misalignment can cause vibration, load on machine part, premature wear and damages to systems and reduces the life expectancy of machinery. Traditionally, shaft alignment was done using dial gauge which is a time-consuming process and requires very skilled operator.
To overcome this problem, Laser Alignment is used which is fast, convenient and more accurate method. It increases the life of the machine, reduces noise and stress on coupling which in the end helps in reducing the overall vibrations.

Dyna Mech Engineering provides you with the facility of Laser Alignment with latest German technology with high precision and accuracy in given time frame within standard limits. Our engineers are proficient in parallel alignment, horizontal alignment, angular alignment and offset alignment to eradicate the problem of misalignment.

We have vast experience in performing laser alignment of alternator, generator, motor pumps, blowers and compressors. We are proud to say to achieve the best results under the tolerance limits successfully. After completion of laser alignment of the rotor, a detailed report is provided by our expert engineers which includes initial readings and the final which we have achieved.

Benefits of Shop Balancing is required ?

Reduced Vibration and Noise: Balancing rotating machinery, such as turbines, motors, fans, and shafts, helps to reduce vibrations and noise

Improved Product Quality: In manufacturing processes that involve rotating components, such as machining, grinding, and drilling, machine balancing ensures that the tools and workpieces rotate smoothly and evenly
Extended Machine Life: Properly balanced machines experience less stress and wear on their components
Increased Energy Efficiency: Balanced machines require less power to operate, as they experience reduced friction and resistance
Better Tolerance Control: In precision manufacturing, where tight tolerances are crucial, machine balancing plays a vital role in achieving precise and consistent results.
Improved Bearing Life: Balanced rotating machinery puts less strain on bearings, leading to longer bearing life and reduced bearing replacement costs.
